Provolone Dolce is an Italian cheese made from pasteurised cow's milk. The cheese is aged for 2-3 months and has a pale yellow to white colour. The texture is semi-hard with a mild buttery flavour and a sweet taste. The cheese is perfect to serve on a slice of bread with some smoked ham or lightly grilled.
