Gruyere AOP

Gruyere is a cheese from Switzerland. It is a hard yellow cheese that is perfectly sliced on burgers, or as a part of that spectacular cheese platter. It is a beautiful colour and has a nice subtle tasty finish. A must for any cheese lover, and a great all-around cheese for that family get-together.
